A PhD position is available at the group lead by Prof. Fernando Mart?n at the Universidad Aut?noma de Madrid, Spain. The candidate will perform theoretical studies on the interaction of ultrashort (atto- and femtosecond) laser pulses with molecules. This is a 4-year fellowship, including master thesis studies. Temporal stays at foreign institutions can also be subsidized.
Description
This group is purely theoretical. The position demands a strong background in quantum physics and knowledge of optics. Both analytical and computational skills are needed (fortran 90, c++ or others, under Linux/Unix).
